January new pending sales jump 20% over last year

(SACRAMENTO, CA) – The Greater Sacramento real estate market bounced back during the month of January as new pending sales jumped 24 percent when compared to December figures. The new sales reported also reflect a 20 percent increase over those posted in January of 2017, confirming the market will resume a hot pace.
